Prices do not include sales tax. If you would like something that is not on the menu, please ask and we will try to accommodate your request. We are able to make most of the dishes vegetarian. Gift Certificates are available. Referrals are appreciated.If this is your first time using our services, take 10% off your order. If you have referred someone to us, we will deduct 10% off your next order. Our charges are as follows: $30 per hour - cooking done in our kitchen $40 per hour - cooking done in your kitchen All groceries are to be reimbursed by client In the case where prices are mentioned, the ingredients are included 50% (estimated) due upon placement of your order, balance due upon completion Menu selection and prices subject to change without notice Submit Payments We are able to accept payments through PayPal. 3-4 pounds chicken cut into serving pieces
1 cup chicken broth
1 stick margarine
2 cups orange juice
1 cup raisins
Fresh black pepper to taste
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons flour
1. Heat margarine in large skillet, and brown chicken.
2. Remove chicken pieces to slow cooker as they brown.
3. Combine all other ingredients, except flour, mix well and pour over chicken.
4. Cover pot, turn on LOW and cook 4-6 hours, or until chicken is tender.
5. Remove 1 cup of sauce from the pot and combine with flour, mixing well.
6. Return sauce - flour mixture to pot.
7. Turn pot on HIGH, and cook additional half hour.
